From January 1, 2026, the firm Odebjer Fohlin Associates will cease to exist.
Kristian Odebjer’s practice will move into Boase Cohen & Collins, a Hong Kong firm of solicitors. Kristian, who is admitted to practice both Hong Kong law (as a solicitor) and Swedish law (as an advokat), looks forward to offering his clients the full suite of services available via Boase Cohen & Collins. Paulo Fohlin will join Resolution Chambers (www.resolution-chambers.com and www.resolution-international.com), a set of barristers’ chambers in Hong Kong. Paulo, who is a Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb) with focus on international arbitration (but not a barrister), will join Resolution Chambers as an arbitrator-member.
